Meet the team

We work hard, we work smart, we push each other to become the best version of ourselves

I have always wanted to have a career where I could leverage my deep interest in applied psychology – talking to people, understanding what drives them and helping them grow. At Ishwa I get a chance to do this every single day – understanding requirements for clients’ leadership positions and mapping them to the potential talent pool all the while helping both sides to grow exponentially.

Akanksha Barnwal

The thing I love most about being in the search industry is that it gives me the opportunity to learn about a variety of industries and get to know different kinds of people. I am passionate about digging deep to get into the skin of the role and using my understanding of the industry -it’s structure & hierarchy to find the perfect candidate for the role.

Kavita Mishra

A career comeback after a long gap and that too with a sales/marketing background, meant I had to start from scratch and learn everything a fresh. I thought I would be a square peg in a round hole, but it’s been quite the opposite. I love everything about search, starting from the excitement when you begin work on a new role all the way to the pangs of nervousness during the closure process.

Namrata Singh

Learning from Industry leaders and my colleagues, becoming better at what I do by harnessing my business acumen, communication and leadership skills is what I love about the search industry.
At Ishwa, my game has really hit the next level. Working with demanding clients and extremely talented candidates is thrilling to say the least.

Preeti Sharma

I love the thrill of the chase. Being a recruiter, I get a sense of accomplishment when I see the achievements of people I hire, knowing that I played a small part in making it happen. Client and candidate needs constantly change, you never stop learning and growing, so your job never gets boring.

Rashmi Lamba

Recruiting allows me to have a strategic mindset. I’ve often said that being a recruiter is the most fun you can have in HR, recruiting gives me a chance to learn different things everyday. I feel passionate about search. I’ve have been able to deliver the impossible to a number of search clients who really needed my help. The more unique the circumstances, the greater the challenge.
