Our story

Three years ago, we set out to build a search firm with a difference. A firm “where people matter”.

We started the firm with the objective of bringing the experience and processes followed by the largest global search firms to growth stage start-ups and value conscious firms. The strategy proved itself out and we are proud of the success we have seen.

I have always wanted to have a career where I could leverage my deep interest in applied psychology – talking to people, understanding what drives them and helping them grow.
