Arvind brings over 20 years of consulting experience in the areas of organisation design, leadership development, talent management, strategy, and executive search.

Prior to founding Ishwa, Arvind was at Spencer Stuart leading the Consumer and HR practice.

He advised clients on their leadership needs by identifying, assessing and recruiting the right leaders for their organization. Prior to Spencer Stuart, he was a founder member & Director at Hay Group, a global HR consulting organization.

Arvind holds an MBA from IIM, Calcutta and completed his Bachelor’s in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering.

Shalini is an experienced and accomplished corporate leader with over 20 years of global experience as a senior executive and business consultant.

Most recently she headed the Marketing and Strategy function for a mid-sized tech company. She has worked and consulted with large global companies. She is also an Independent Director on the Board of KEI Cables, an INR 4,000 crore revenue BSE listed company.

Shalini is a Bachelor’s in Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering and MBA from Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi. She is a university rank holder in both her degrees.

Vineet Agarwal, Managing Director of Transport Corporation of India Ltd., graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and Harvard Business School. Since joining TCI in 1996, he has transformed it into a leading integrated multimodal supply chain solutions provider. He also serves as the President of ASSOCHAM and holds key positions in several prominent organizations."

Vineet's extensive knowledge and deep expertise in logistics and supply chain management, along with his strategic insights into multimodal operations, provides ISHWA with invaluable guidance. His leadership in embracing technology and innovation will drive our strategic alignment and future growth.

Manish Arora, with 27 years of experience across Commercial Vehicle Marketing and Financial Services, has demonstrated leadership in P&L Management, Digital Lending Platforms, and Ecosystem Partnerships. A key force in building MSME Banking Institutions and digital supply chain financing platforms, his vast expertise spans across Citibank, YES Bank, DBS Bank, and now Mynd Fintech.

Manish’s rich experience in financial services, especially in MSME financing and digital platforms, aligns with ISHWA's vision of innovation. His strategic insights and capability in business planning will significantly contribute to our growth and enhance our market positioning.

Vishal Chaddha, chief venture partner at Xelp, led the company to an IPO in 2019. An Edmund Hillary Fellow, he's backed 50+ early-stage start-ups across APAC. His previous roles include Technology CEO at HT Media, leadership in FMCG & Financial services, and Innovation Leader for Coca-Cola in SW Asia. Graduate of IIM Calcutta.

Vishal's profound experience in technology and startup investment offers ISHWA a unique perspective on innovation and venture building. His commitment to leveraging technology for global impact aligns with our strategic goals and enhances our capacity for entrepreneurial and innovative solutions.

Aniket brings close to 15 years of experience of working with global multinationals in the Executive Search and Telecom industries.

He leads the Industrial and Technology practice for Ishwa. Prior to getting into Executive Search, he held Senior Sales & Account Management Roles across B2B spectrum with leading Telecom companies, managing large global corporates across multiple geographies and sectors.

He holds a Masterʼs degree in Management and Bachelorʼs degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Aastha, equipped with a B.Tech in Computer Science and an MBA in Human Resources, is keen to master the art of Talent Acquisition. At Ishwa Consulting, she skillfully identifies and recruits high-caliber candidates for our valued clients, continually learning and advancing her professional skills.

He leads the Retail, BFSI and Pharma practice for Ishwa. Prior to joining Ishwa, he was leading a team and held Senior Sales Management & Strategic Account Management Roles across B2B spectrum with leading Telecom companies, managing large global corporates across multiple geographies and sectors.

He holds a Masterʼs degree in Management and Bachelorʼs degree in Science.

Somanshu is a seasoned professional with more than 16 years of experience in marketing, presales, and project management. Most recently , he has worked with a mid-sized tech and A.I. company, bringing a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his current role as the leader of operations at Ishwa.

Throughout his career, he has played various roles at both large global companies and smaller firms, with a focus on verticals such as Financial Services and Telecom. He has worked with teams across multiple geographies, including North America, Europe, and ANZ.

Somanshu holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems Engineering, further solidifying his technical background and capabilities.
